I Formations

Strong I

Currently there are 3 plays from the strong I formation. Offtackle Run, Short Pass & Medium Pass.

• 3-4, Cover 1, Weak side LB shift, Run Focused, Both ILB Blitz

• 3-4, Cover 2, Weak side LB shift, Run Focused, Both ILB Blitz

• 4-3, Cover 0, Strong side LB shift, Run Focused, Blitz MLB & LOLB

• 3-2-6, Cover 0, Strong side LB shift, Run Focused, Blitz CB#2

Weak I

Currently there is only one offensive play available in the Weak I formation, a strong side HB pitch called Power Toss Right.

• 4-3, Cover 1, Strong side LB shift, Man-to-Man, Run Focused, MLB Blitz

3 WR I

There is currently only one offensive play for the 3 WR I formation, a short pass called Flats

I Form (any)

I Form is the base offense in GLB. There are currently 4 inside runs, 2 outside pitches, 3 short passes and 3 medium passes.

• 3-4, Cover 1, Man-to-Man, Short Distance, Balanced Focused, Weak side LB shift, ROLB and RILB Blitz

Single Back Formation

The regular Single Back formation, also known as the Ace formation, has 3 wide recievers, 1 TE and 1 HB.

Effective examples of how to stop the HB pitch play called Ace Pitch Weak:

• 3-2-6, Cover 2, Blitz 100% ROLB

• 3-3-5, Cover 2, Man-to-Man, Blitz 100% ROLB

• 3-3-5, Cover 2, Man-to-Man, Balanced Focus, Weak side LB Shift, MLB Blitz.

• 3-2-6, Cover 0, Blitz RoLB

Another play in this formation is a long pass called Double corner.

• 4-2-5, Cover 1, Man-to-Man, Short distance, Balanced Focused, No LB shift, CB#3 Blitz
• 4-2-5, Cover 2, Man-to-Man, Short distance, Pass Focused, Strong LB shift, CB#3 & ROLB Blitz
• 3-3-5, Cover 1, Man-to-Man, Medium distance, Pass Focus, SS and LOLB blitz

Another play in the formation is a medium pass called Curls left

Single Back Big Formation

The Single Back Big formation currently only has one play available, a short pass called Short Hooks.

The 5 WR Shotgun formation currently only has one play in the offensive playbook, a long pass called WR Post Out
